The total value of ether (ETH) held in corporate and institutional treasuries has passed $10 billion, marking a growing trend among companies to include Ethereum in their financial strategies.
According to data from StrategicETHReserve, the combined value of ETH treasuries now stands at $10.58 billion. These holdings come from 64 organizations, each holding more than 100 ETH.
Together, they control about 2.26% of Ethereum’s total supply.

These entities include public companies, crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, non-profits, and even government-related organizations. This shift highlights Ethereum’s increasing role as a strategic asset for institutional players.
Corporate Holdings Surpass Ethereum Foundation
These top three companies now hold more ETH than the Ethereum Foundation, which supports Ethereum’s development and ecosystem. The foundation currently holds 234,600 ETH.
This development signals a shift where private companies are beginning to hold more influence over Ethereum’s circulating supply than its founding body. The move is largely seen as part of a wider strategy to earn staking rewards and gain exposure to DeFi opportunities.
Ethereum ETF Holdings Reach Nearly 5% of Circulating Supply
At the same time, spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the U.S. now hold approximately 5.7 million ETH on behalf of their investors.
According to CoinGlass and public ETF disclosures, these holdings are worth about $22 billion, representing nearly 4.7% of the 120.7 million ETH in circulation.
BlackRock’s ETHA leads all ETFs with more than 3 million ETH, equivalent to $11.6 billion or around 2.5% of Ethereum’s supply. The growing role of ETFs shows strong demand from traditional investors looking to gain exposure to ETH without directly managing wallets or keys.
These ETFs have also matched a 19-day net inflow record, bringing in over $5.38 billion since July 3, with daily inflows averaging nearly $283 million. The strong capital inflows suggest increasing confidence in Ethereum’s long-term value proposition.
Together, corporate treasuries and ETFs now hold more than 8.4 million ETH, equal to roughly 7% of Ethereum’s circulating supply.
