Key Points
- Hamster Kombat addresses users’ comments about the new Playground section.
- The team behind the project develops efficient solutions for the airdrop.
The team behind the viral Telegram-based game with over 250 million users, Hamster Kombat (HMSTR), has just shared fresh information.
In a new post via X, they noted that following the comments received about the new Playground section, it’s time to address them.
First of all, the team behind the game made it clear to users that participation in various activities will impact the amount of tokens received in the upcoming airdrop. The distribution itself will not be affected, and all players apart from bots will receive tokens.
Activity Participation Is Not Enforced
The Hamster Kombat team also clarified the fact that no section of the game is mandatory to play. The philosophy of the game doesn’t enforce participation in any activities, according to them.
The goal of introducing new features to the game such as the Playground is reportedly to even out the chances for real and new players, along with users with different gaming styles to earn their share of tokens.
In a message on X, the team said that the only mandatory part to receive tokens is that users connect their TON wallets to their profile.
Updated Approach to Games in the Playground Section
The Hamster Kombat team also highlighted the importance of user feedback, promising to soon update the approach to the games in the Playground section.
The updates will include a shift in focus from ad-heavy games to the ones with a more relaxed gameplay for user enjoyment.
Hamster Kombat Airdrop Update
The team behind the popular Telegram-based game also offered new information about what users have been asking the most – their airdrop. They reportedly said that it’s currently in the works and users should keep in mind that this is a very complex technical task for all the platforms involved.
Hamster Kombat is one of the biggest projects in the crypto gaming industry and this means that the project’s airdrop has the potential to become the biggest one in history.
But this also implies a potential overload for the networks involved in the process. Hamster Kombat said in their notes that they value players a lot, therefore they want the airdrop to be carried out flawlessly for everyone so that every user can receive the tokens.
The team behind the game finalized the message by saying that they are working closely with the TON blockchain team to develop the most efficient technical solution for the airdrop.
A couple of weeks ago, Hamster Kombat’s creators unveiled the origins of the game and also addressed the plans for the second airdrop of their project.
The game’s founders said they are committed to reaching 1 billion people worldwide.
