Trump Media and Technology Group

Trump Media is an American media and technology company that runs Truth Social, mostly owned by Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust.

Trump Media’s BTC Treasury holds 9,539 BTC, as of February 17, valued at over $640 million at current prices, according to data from Arkham. At the moment of writing this article, BTC is trading near $67,000.

Metaplanet

Metaplanet is a Japanese BTC-oriented company, and it currently holds 35,102 BTC worth over $2.36 billion at current prices, according to data from Arkham.

The average BTC buying price is $106,770. As of September 31, 2025, the BTC-centered company surpassed its 30,000 BTC target and became the largest BTC holder in Japan.

Strategy

Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, is another important BTC holder. The BTC Treasury of the company holds 717,131 BTC, currently worth over $48 billion.

Strategy’s latest acquisition was revealed by Michael Saylor via X on February 17. He noted that Strategy’s average BTC buying price was $76,027.

Binance BTC SAFU Fund

Binance announced plans for the conversion of its stablecoin SAFU Fund into a BTC Fund on January 30, committing to buy $1 billion in BTC in maximum of 30 days since the announcement.

On February 13, Binance announced the completion of its $1 billion BTC SAFU fund, revealing that it now holds 15,000 BTC worth $1.005 billion.

The crypto exchange finalized the conversion of its stablecoin SAFU FUND into a new BTC fund in two weeks since the initial announcement.

Binance bought BTC for an average price of $69,160.

Tether

Tether, the financial technology company best known for issuing the USDT stablecoin, currently owns 96,370 BTC valued at over $3.49 billion. The firm’s total holdings exceeded $11.4 billion as of February 17, according to Arkham data.

The average BTC purchase price is $38,930. Apart from BTC, Tether holds other digital assets in its portfolio, including USDT, XAUT, EURT, USDC, CRO, and more.

In its report dated December 31, 2025, Tether revealed that its BTC holdings were 4.37% of the company’s total reserves.

Tesla

Tesla, Elon Musk’s automotive and clean energy company, currently holds 11,509 BTC worth over $773 million. The average BTC purchase price is $32,610.

Block Inc.

Block Inc. is an American technology company and a financial services provider for consumers and merchants. The tech company is made up of Square, Cash App, Afterpay, TIDAL, Bitkey, and Proto.
