VIENNA, November 6, 2026 – BingX EU (MEGE zweite GmbH) participated in AIBC World, where the company's Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Lai, joined the panel “Licensed and Live: What MiCA Actually Changed for the Exchanges Operating Under It”. The event was held in Rome, gathering European and global blockchain, crypto, payments and fintech companies.
The discussion explored the practical impact of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), including operational responsibilities, relationships with banks and payment providers, and the protection of client assets. It also addressed the importance of transparency and reliable services, alongside potential improvements to the framework as the industry develops.
“We are investing in Europe for the long term”, said Daniel Lai. “MiCAR gives us a clear framework, but trust is earned through how we operate every day. Individual users and institutions have different needs, yet both need to understand the services they use, know how their assets are protected and be able to rely on the platform. That is the foundation we are building at BingX EU.”
BingX EU's participation followed its recent MiCAR authorisation from Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA). The company is preparing to launch its regulated services across the European Economic Area.
