Hong Kong’s spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a second daily net outflow since their inauguration on April 30. Approximately 90.16 BTC exited these ETFs on Thursday.
Details of the Outflows
China Asset Management’s Bitcoin ETF saw 80.16 BTC leave the product, while the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF recorded an outflow of 10 BTC. Harvest’s Bitcoin ETF, on the other hand, saw no flows.
These outflows followed net inflows of 101.6 BTC on Wednesday and 99.99 BTC on Tuesday. The funds experienced their first daily outflows on Monday, with 75.36 BTC exiting the products.
Current Holdings and Trading Volume
The three ETFs, managed by ChinaAMC, Harvest, and both Bosera and HashKey, held around 4,260 bitcoins as of Thursday. The total net assets amounted to $261.45 million, an increase from $247.7 million on the first day.
The total trading volume for the three ETFs was $2.06 million on Thursday, a decrease from $2.67 million the previous day and $9.74 million on April 30. Farside Investors’ data suggested that the three spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $5.5 million in total daily net outflows.
In the U.S., the spot Bitcoin ETFs experienced a net outflow of $11.29 million on Thursday.
