Bitget has announced the launch of Gracy AI, an animated digital avatar modeled after the firm’s CEO, Gracy Chen. Unlike standard trading bots designed for technical analysis, the new tool is positioned as a conversational interface focused on market cycles, strategy, career questions, and mindset.
A shift toward contextual AI
The introduction of Gracy AI signals a pivot in how cryptocurrency exchanges are deploying generative technology. While previous tools focused primarily on data analytics and signal execution, Gracy AI is designed to provide "soft" insights.
The platform aims to move the conversation away from short-term price fluctuations and toward broader themes, including:
- Market Cycle Interpretation
- Professional Development
- Strategic Thinking
Bridging the gap between users and leadership
In a statement regarding the launch, CEO Gracy Chen noted that the project stems from a need to scale user engagement. "A big part of my job is listening to user concerns and helping people understand what’s really happening in the market. The team built Gracy AI around that same approach so more users can connect, learn and grow feeling supported by me and the team," Chen said.
The launch is a central component of Bitget’s UEX (Universal Exchange) transformation, a roadmap aimed at integrating AI into every layer of the user experience. By humanizing the interface, Bitget offers a more human-facing side of that strategy, where technology supports understanding rather than just execution.
