On August 6, the biggest crypto exchange in South Korea, Upbit, announced the listing of Succint (PROVE).
Succint is a protocol focused on verifiable computation that enables developers to easily generate and verify ZK proofs in various settings using its general-purpose zkVM. The project's mission is to make cryptographic verifiability a default feature in the blockchain and Web3 infrastructure, allowing systems to become more:
- Scalable
- Secure
- Trust-minimized
Upbit's PROVE Listing Announcement
In an official announcement on August 6, Upbit revealed the listing of PROVE at 15:00 KST, saying that it opens trading for the following pairs:
- PROVE/KRW
- PROVE/BTC
- PROVE/USDT
Bithumb crypto exchange also announced the listing of a KRW trading pair for PROVE.
Following Upbit's announcement, the price of the digital asset surged significantly.
PROVE Price Surged
Before Upbit's listing notes, PROVE was trading at $1.03 with a market cap of more than $201 million, and after the exchange revealed its plans, the digital asset's price spiked by over 33% in a short amount of time, reaching $1.35 and a market cap of more than $265 million.
At the moment of writing this article, PROVE is trading at $1.3 and has a market cap of more than $253 million. PROVE is up by over 43% in the past 24 hours.

It's also worth noting that PROVE is Binance's 31st project on the HODLer Airdrops portal.

In an official announcement on August 5, Binance revealed details about its airdrop for PROVE for eligible users, along with listing details for the digital asset.
Binance listed PROVE on the same day, opening trading for the following pairs:
- PROVE/USDT
- PROVE/USDC
- PROVE/BNB
- PROVE/FDUSD
- PROVE/TRY
The digital asset was listed with the Seed Tag applied, signaling potential higher volatilty compared to other assets.
Succint (PROVE) Mainnet Went Live
The team behind the project announced that the mainnet went live on August 5, saying that we're on the precipice of a ZK revolution and launching the Succint Prover Network on mainnet was only the beginning.
The team also announced that it's working with Alpen Labs to build Bitcoin's financial system, and users will soon be able to lend, earn, and use stablecoins - all secured by ZK proofs from the Succint Prover Network.
