After Binance’s CZ revealed his dog’s photo and name yesterday, a crypto sniper sniped almost all the memecoins named BROCCOLI and made huge profits, according to on-chain data.

Crypto Sniper Made Over 27.8 Million USDT on BROCCOLI

Lookonchain announced in a post via X today, that a sniper had seen profits of over 27.8 million USDT by sniping the memecoin named after CZ’s dog, Broccoli.

All his gains are on the BNB Chain.

In the crypto space, a sniper refers to a trader or bot that quickly buys newly launched tokens before the general public can react. The sniper often uses automated tools to secure the best prices. This strategy is called sniping and it’s commonly used in low-cap mememcoins or new token launches.

After CZ revealed the dog’s data via X on February 13, the sniper reportedly sniped almost every memecoin named after his dog. After that, he distributed the coins to multiple wallets for selling using Disperse.

Disperse is a multi-sender app that sends tokens to multiple addresses in a single transaction.

In the post shared by Lookonchain, we can see that the sniper aimed to “approve infinite Broccoli for disperse.”

Crypto Sniper Swapped BNB for USDT

The sniper collected the $BNB obtained from the dumping of the BROCCOLI memecoins into the wallet starting with “0xe332…” and swapped all the $BNB for $USDT.

In the end, the sniper earned a total of 27.8 million USDT.

Yesterday, CZ released his dog’s name and photo after promising to do so to the community and allow the creation of memecoins.

CZ said via X that he didn’t expect the move to end up being a stress test for the BNB Chain, but it was interesting to see lots of memecoins being created on the chain.

He compared the breadth stress test (lots of new memes created) versus a depth stress test (one CA with lots of trading activity), saying that he believes that everyone was preparing for the latter, and highlighting that there have to be made improvements.
