Binance is marking one achievement after another. The exchange topped global CEX app downloads last month, as noted by CryptoRank’s latest reports.
Binance App, Downloaded by 4 Million Users in October
In October, Binance’s app was downloaded by 4 million users globally, placing the exchange at the top of CryptoRank’s list of most downloaded crypto apps.
The second spot is taken by OKX crypto exchange with 2.2 million downloads in October, followed by Bitget, at 1.9 million downloads last month, and Bybit with 1.7 million downloads.
Other exchanges listed by CryptoRank include Kucoin, Crypto.com, Coinbase, BingX, eToro, and Gate.io.
This important milestone comes as Binance is rapidly getting close to reaching 239 million registered users worldwide.
It’s also worth noting that a couple of days ago, Binance was ranked by Fortune as Asia’s top innovator in blockchain and crypto.

Fortune Fintech Innovators Asia 2024 recently revealed a list of 60 of the fastest-developing financial service companies in Asia, a region that became one of the fastest-developing in the world.
Binance was listed at the top of the Blockchain and Crypto section, followed by other important names including OKX, Coinbase, Upbit, Hashkey Group, Gate.io, Crypto.com, and others.
Fortune magazine is highly relevant in the global economic space, and its recognition of Binance is noteworthy.
The crypto exchange recently ended its 2-day event, between October 30-31, Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, where over 4,000 participants from more than 100 countries attended significant panel discussions about Web3 and its future.
Important names including He-Yi, detailed Binance’s journey to its current peak of success along with its core principles and culture.
CZ was also present, publicly speaking for the first time since his release, and he concluded the event, after highlighting important plans for the future and current projects.
Since 2017, Binance had a complex journey, with a lot of hardships along the way, but the exchange managed to overcome them all, due to its commitment, ambition, and strong principles, becoming one of the main supporters and promoters of crypto and the blockchain industry in the world.
