On June 23, Binance announced its 24th project on the HODLer Airdrops portal - Newton Protocol (NEWT), ahead of its listing on the exchange.
Magic Newton or Newton Protocol is a platform that promises to offer a simpler crypto UX with verifiable AI agents. The project claims it can set users free and establish:
- A secure rollup for AI-driven strategies
- Automated trading
- A Marketplace for AI devs

Binance NEWT HODLer Airdrops Details
In its official announcement, the crypto exchange revealed that users who subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn (Flexible and/or Locked) and/or On-Chain Yields products between June 14 at 00:00 (UTC) and June 17 at 23:59 (UTC) are eligible to receive the airdrop.
Binance also listed the following key details about NEWT and the airdrop:
- The Genesis total token supply will be 1 billion NEWT.
- The maximum token supply will be 1 billion NEWT.
- The HODLer Airdrops token rewards will be 12,5 million NEWT tokens or 1.25% of the total token supply.
- An additional amount of 12,5 million NEWT tokens will be allocated to other marketing campaigns 6 months following the spot listing on Binance.
- The circulating supply at the Binance listing will be 215 million NEWT tokens or 21.5% of the total token supply.
- NEWT listing fee will be zero.
The crypto exchange also wrote the BNB Chain and Ethereum addresses for NEWT.
HODLer Airdrops platform was created by Binance to reward users retroactively based on historical snapshots of their BNB holdings.
Binance will also list NEWT.
Binance's NEWT Listing Details
In its official announcement, Binance revealed that it will list the following trading pairs on June 24 at 14:00 (UTC):
- NEWT/BNB
- NEWT/USDC
- NEWT/USDT
- NEWT/FDUSD
- NEWT/TRY
NEWT will be listed with the Seed Tag applied, meaning that this project is newer and might exhibit higher volatilty compared to other digital assets already listed on the exchange. Users are advised to DYOR before deciding to invest.
Binance will also list NEWT on Binance Alpha ahead of the token's launch on the main exchange, and more details will be provided soon.
