In an official announcement, Binance announced that Binance NFT will stop support for trades and deposits of Bitcoin NFTs on April 18 at 06:00 (UTC).

The exchange advises users to withdraw their Bitcoin NFTs from the Binance NFT Marketplace via the Bitcoin network before May 18 at 00:00 (UTC).

According to the announcement, starting on April 18, users will no longer be able to buy, deposit, bid on, or list NFTs on the Binance NFT Marketplace via the Bitcoin network. The impacted listing orders will be automatically canceled at 06:00 (UTC) on April 18.

The exchange also highlighted that Binance NFT Marketplace will no longer support any more airdrops, benefits, and utilities that are associated with Bitcoin NFTs after April 10.

Important note for Runestone NFT users

Binance also left a note for Runestone NFT users who meet the conditions for the Runestone airdrop. The exchange says that Binance NFT had distributed the NFTs to eligible user accounts on the platform before April 4.

Users are advised to withdraw these NFTs by 10:00 (UTC) on April 10 in order to make sure that they still get the chance to receive any associated utilities, benefits, and tokens after April 10.

The exchange also said that it will not be held responsible for any losses incurred if users don’t withdraw the NFTs before the aforementioned time frame.

Binance highlights that the trading of Runestone NFTs will not be supported on Binance NFT.

Recently, Binance has been making important moves on its platforms. Earlier today, the exchange announced the integration of Atomicals (ARC-20) tokens at Binance Inscriptions Marketplace.

Also, Binance has recently revealed that it will extend the Monitoring Tags to include more tokens.
