This Thursday, Donald Trump made history by launching the first-ever collection of 45,000 Fantasy Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Through his social media site Truth Social and minted on Polygon, customers can get their hands on these collectible “Trump Digital Trading Cards.”
Featuring images reminiscent to baseball cards with a modern twist – users have an option between fiat or ether currency for payment. And if that wasn’t enough -for those looking to take it one step further–they may purchase a full set of NFTs at once which entitles them not only exclusive access but also guarantees “an invite” as well as dinner with Mr. President himself!

Donald Trump’s NFT holders stand a chance to win exclusively
Trump Digital Trading Cards are offering collectors a chance to win the ultimate experience! When you purchase one of these highly limited cards, you’ll be automatically entered in an unparalleled sweepstakes for incredible opportunities with Donald Trump himself.
From exclusive Zoom calls and dinners at Miami hotspots all the way up to VIP cocktail hours at Mar-a-Lago – this is your once-in-a lifetime opportunity no true collector should miss out on. With rarity traits ranging from single copies only existing, up to 20 total “copies”, owning one truly makes it clear just how special they really are!
President Trump’s opinion on cryptocurrency has been well-known after he said he was “not a fan” of cryptocurrency in July 2019, but his enthusiasm for promoting a new collection of cards might be surprising to some. At an unbeatable price of $99 each and just in time for Christmas season shopping, these ‘Trump collectibles’ promise not to hang around long! Get them now before they’re gone – the perfect festive gift awaits!
Donald Trump’s social media venture has come under close scrutiny, as his newly unveiled card subscription collection raises eyebrows. The promotion video for the offering – which promises customers a chance to ‘win amazing prizes like dinner with me’ – sparked criticism on Twitter due to reports of questionable fundraising efforts and allegations of murky campaign spending by Mr.Trump’s 2020 run.
You might think the Trump NFTs are a scam. But if you buy 45 pics of an NFT like Shotgun Trump or Wall Street Trump — so, roughly $4500 worth — you get a ticket for a "Gala Dinner with Trump" pic.twitter.com/cDqlekG87Y

These controversies have had real repercussions in the stock market too; shares of Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), an entity involved in the proposed merger deal, were down 7% following announcement of this collection.
While this is President Trump’s first official NFT initiative, the former First Lady, Melania Trump, debuted her NFT collection “Cobalt Blue Eyes” about a year ago.
